Job Summary: As a Digital Learning Designer, you will be the mastermind behind crafting immersive and transformative learning journeys. Your expertise in storyboard development and proficiency in using Articulate Storyline 360 will be crucial in shaping cutting-edge digital learning experiences that captivate learners across various platforms. Your creativity, attention to detail, and instructional design prowess will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals to reach their full potential. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and... instructional designers to understand learning objectives and design effective and engaging learning experiences. • Develop visually appealing and interactive storyboards using Articulate Storyline 360, incorporating multimedia elements, assessments, simulations, and other interactive features. • Create engaging and interactive e-learning modules, microlearning resources that align with instructional goals. • Utilize a variety of instructional design strategies, such as gamification and scenario-based learning, to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention. • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy, functionality, and effectiveness of the learning content. • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in digital learning design, multimedia development, and instructional technology. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers and multimedia specialists, to ensure cohesive and visually stunning learning experiences. • Adapt existing content to new platforms and technologies, making them accessible on multiple devices. Requirements: • Proven experience in storyboarding and developing interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline 360. • Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and user-centered design. • Proficiency in multimedia development tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and rapid e-learning authoring tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. • Creativity in designing engaging and interactive learning experiences. • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. • A passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and SCORM/AICC standards.
