Instructional Designer - Remote Opportunity The instructional designer must be able to work independently and be able and willing to provide the full spectrum of services including conducting training needs analyses, design and storyboarding. Requirements: • A degree in a related field (Educational Technology, Education, or Instructional Design) preferred. • Prior work or project experience on Mortgage projects is a plus • Experience in finance, banking is a plus • Experience leading, analyzing, designing, developing and/or managing top quality learning solutions. • Experience in all modes of delivery, specifically eLearning. • Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of project team. • Experience in assessing & analyzing training needs, data analysis and identifying solution approaches (recommendations). • Experience with Articulate Storyline or Captivate is an advantage • LMS Systems used are Lectora and DominKnow Location: remote
