Job description

Title: Security Analyst Reports to: Project Manager... Classification: Contract - W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp Location: Remote - Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. Job Summary The Instructional Designer is responsible for the successful analysis of training needs, as well as the design, development and enhancement of TCC’s training production. The Instructional Design/Document Specialist gathers, analyzes, translates and composes technical information into clear, readable documents to be used by technical and non-technical personnel. Writes a variety of user manuals for documentation to end users of the systems. Maintains the document library for the Ascend software systems. Assist with the analysis of training needs, as well as the design, development and enhancement of TCC’s training materials. Essential Functions: • Create documentation methodology and framework. • Responsible for the quality of all written products assigned and assuring they are delivered in accordance with schedule requirements • Produce high quality documentation as required • Produce/facilitate graphics and supporting material to assure documents are complete and professional • Generate, review, and edit end user documentation such as Software Manuals, Tip Sheets, FAQ’s • Drive standard documentation formats and ensure company standards are maintained and policies are adhered to • Liaise with various groups as necessary to assure cross functional needs are met • Support presentation material development for TCC Trainers • Other support activities as required by Manager Required Education, Experience, or Skills • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in related field • Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications • Strong writing and organizational sills About TCC Founded in 1996 in Indianapolis, IN, The Consultants Consortium (TCC) is an innovative solutions provider committed to designing and delivering high-value, cost-effective IT consulting services and application technology solutions for both the private and public sectors.
