Summary Responsible for excellent delivery quality of training materials for all audience groups including customers, partners and employees, ensuring customer satisfaction. Managing all aspects of training administration including courseware uploads, updates, notifications and course assignments to end users. The responsibilities of the role include: • Lead a training content delivery team • Support further growth of the team • Develop eLearning training courses • Develop Instructor Led Training courses • Evaluate the effectiveness of the training and course outcomes • Participate in designing and building new course materials for Smart Communications product releases and enhancements • Participate in developing quality training documentation including handouts, manuals and exercises • Work effectively with other senior business leaders in the execution of new business strategies as they relate to the delivery of Smart Communications training services • Attain complete mastery over the Smart Communications Product implementation process and all related services • Participate in the delivery of Smart Communications bootcamp & Certification programmes for internal and external delegates • Excellent organization and logistical skills Must have skills/experience: • 2 - 5 years IT training experience both in eLearning & Instructor Led Training Class facilitation experience to understand on how to deliver training content • 2 - 5 years experience of design, build and implementation of eLearning and Instructor Led Training programmes • 2 - 5 years of experience to work with ILT/eLearning development training tools like Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia and LMS systems (i.e. Litmos) • Experience in Voiceover recordings for eLearning modules • Effective interpersonal skills and ability to interface with other parts of the business We look for the following core competencies in everyone we hire at Smart Communications: • Analytical Ability – effectiveness in analysing situations and identifying key issues. • Planning and execution – monitoring progress, taking action when necessary to rectify situations / meet deadlines. • Proactive – taking responsibility for making things happen. • Social Magnetism – taking actions, that show awareness of one’s own impact on others. • Teamwork & Leadership skills – collaborating with and promoting collaboration between different parts of the business. • Technical expertise – keeping up to date technically within one’s own functional area. • Adaptability – stability of performance under uncertainty and pressure. • Communication & influence – using appropriate interpersonal styles and methods of communication to influence others positively to obtain agreement between different interests.
