Role: Instructional Designer Start: ASAP Contract duration: 6 Months (May extend or convert to permanent) Location: Fully remote – All candidates must be UK based. Office location: London Pay: £180 to £200 per day + holiday pay (Dependant on experience) Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6.00 pm Our client is one of the world’s largest technology and ecommerce platforms. They are looking for an experience Instructional designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with e-learning material and knowledge of one of these design tools: Storyline 360, Rise 360 or Vyond. You will transfer material onto E-learning software and ensure that the content and visualisation is standardised and meet the quality standards set by the business. Responsibilities • Review and update existing trainings to ensure compliance with new business procedures and legal requirements. • Design and develop engaging and learner-centred training materials using interactive... eLearning modules, videos, and multimedia production software such as Articulate 360, Storyline 360, and Rise 360. • Create e-learning modules, assessments, measurement tools, and evaluations to assess the effectiveness of the training programs. • Develop scalable modules to maintain consistency across all training programs. • Facilitate scoping meetings with subject matter experts and technical project leads to gather requirements and ensure effective training communication. • Support timely updates, revisions, and improvements of course syllabi and materials. • Act as the primary administrator for the LMS platform, overseeing all health and safety training. • Generate analytics dashboards to report on the performance of internal and external stakeholders, measuring satisfaction levels, completion percentages, and identifying areas for improvement. • Assist in the development of a reward program for external stakeholders to recognise and promote engagement in optional training offered by the business. • Support learning events, such as webinars and webinar programs including content review, event planning, and delivery assistance for the EMEA. • Assist in communicating safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company’s safety standards. Requirements • A bachelor's or technical degree in a relevant field such as Education, Instructional Design, Learning Design, communication, or a related discipline is required. • Good knowledge of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) Requirements. • More than 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a professional setting. This includes designing and developing learning materials, creating e-learning modules, and utilising instructional design methodologies. • MS Office Excel skills (at least medium level required) • Proficiency in using learning technologies and eLearning software such as Articulate, RISE 360, Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or other similar tools for creating interactive and engaging learning experiences. • 2-3 years of experience in analytics / business intelligence. Fluency in data analysis and communication around data, including time series analysis. • Experience working with global LMS Desirable Skills • Experience with business intelligence software such as Tableau, Power BI, Quicksight. • Experience working with health and safety programs or having health and safety basic competency. • Experience with Cornerstone platform • Proficiency in Adobe design and media creation tools, including video editing
