The Instructional Design Specialist is accountable for the creation of HCM Unlocked’s training, which includes technology... consulting, customer service, and sales. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Partner with experts to gain a deep understanding of subject matter and identify the key tasks and knowledge required for success and then translate that information into usable training content • Create instructor led training, virtual training, training videos as well as other creative methods for delivering content • Develop testing mechanisms that include knowledge checks, quizzes, and high stakes testing as well as interpreting the validity and reliability of instruments • Collaborate with other teams to simplify and visualize technical information • Embrace new opportunities and balance projects as priorities change • Partner with internal customers to understand when adaptations to existing learning need to take place • Obtain stakeholder approval of content to ensure consistent quality of learning • Perform other duties and projects as assigned Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): • 1-2 years of content creation experience in a learning and development environment • Self-starter, assertive, enthusiastic, and has the savvy to get things done yet maintain a likeable presence • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Detail oriented with attention to even the smallest detail • Strong desire for continuous process improvement • Ability to present and communicate verbally in a professional and effective manner • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills Our commitment to an inclusive workplace: HCM Unlocked is an Equal Opportunity Employer and committed to providing a workplace free from harassment and discrimination.
