Our Big Four client is looking for talented Instructional Designers to join their Digital Design and Development team REMOTELY. This team combines aspects of design, project management, and development, with a specialization in digital learning approaches. The designers will design learning solutions, leveraging the overall learning blueprint, and/or manage solutions through the production cycle... maintain detailed project plans, drive content development and manage the build of the learning solutions, define and execute the evaluation and data collection strategy, and submit and maintain required compliance documentation. Compensation: $35-40/hr Requirements • 3-5 years of experience in corporate instructional design and project management for digital solutions using a variety of eLearning/digital design tools such as the Articulate Suite, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, etc. • Client service mindset • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Strong presence and communication skills • Self-sufficient with strong initiative and willingness to learn • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, Google platforms, and cloud-based tools • Previous experience designing and leading major educational technologies including self-study, mobile learning and tools, microlearning/nano-learning, simulations, extended digital learning paths, job aids, interactive pdfs, videos and animations, electronic performance support, etc., and the applicable development processes/timelines and appropriate uses of these technologies • Previous experience in a regulatory environment with high compliance standards, and an understanding of how they apply to digital delivery formats, including those applicable to Quality Assurance standards (self-studies, nano-learns, hybrid learning) • Ability and experience in managing people • Strong analytical skills • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred Responsibilities • Leverage strong relationships with SMEs and stakeholders to develop instructional content • Develop and manage project plans to ensure digital learning solutions will meet business needs • Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to simultaneously oversee multiple projects while optimizing project resources • Link digital design, evaluation, learning assessment, and production management on complex projects • Consult in highly ambiguous environments and collaborate through use of effective oral and written communication skills • Lead a team of creative professionals in the timeline completion of assigned projects to established levels of quality while driving accountability and providing coaching and guidance throughout Note • Role may require travel 10-20% of the time • Travel could be either local or out of town to attend project meetings or occasional remote productions • Candidates in EST/CST strongly preferred #EP
