A Tekstream client, a healthcare IT company based in Atlanta, GA has an immediate opening for a Instructional Designer / Tech Writer / Learning Analyst. Overview... Under general direction, the Instructional Designer (ID) role is accountable for working with Plan and stakeholders to define performance development and change management needs. The ID develops solutions that optimize adoption and performance outcomes, manages all aspects of solution development and delivery and provides oversight on medium-large learning and change management projects. The ID ensures the quality and maintenance of assigned learning programs, communicates to the manager regarding development and delivery of all services, and projects/programs as well as the health of assigned learning programs. Responsibilities: • Participates in the proposal development activities of the consulting and business partnering process and executes assigned tasks for data collection, analysis and reporting of solution-related data • Collaborates in the planning and design of facilitated learning events and executes assigned events • Designs and develops minimum viable solutions that increase learner engagement with learning experiences in front end analyses • Manages the selection, implementation and operation of learning technologies to enhance the learning experience and achieve the performance outcomes • Executes change management-related tasks to confirm the readiness of impacted audiences to achieve committed outcomes • Participates in coaching and feedback interventions, including active coaching as assigned • Manages updates to the content of assigned learning programs to assure compliance and quality, and reports on program health and utilization • Collaborates on the development of the evaluation plan and the selection of effective, valid and reliable data collection instruments • Manages all aspects of medium to large-scale projects from original concept through final implementation, assuring achievement of committed outcomes • Creates components of increasing scope and complexity from the Performance Support Plan • Collaborates with team members to assure the compliance and quality of content within the Center of Excellence repository • Contributes to knowledge sharing among WRS team members to grow target skills and competencies Qualifications: • 4-7 years’ of combined experience working in human performance engineering (HPE) functions (such as instructional designer, technical writer, trainer, E-learning courseware engineer, performance consultant) as well as related project management experience • Proficient use of the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Knowledge and experience with data collection, analysis and reporting methods • Knowledge of quality assurance practices • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; including excellent presentation skills • Ability to execute medium to large projects in learning and change management For immediate consideration, please email resumes to [email protected]
